RFC: Integration - 3D Motion Video Editing Software

This proposal outlines a series of features to enable faster and more effective collaboration between engineering and motion design teams. This can be achieved by exporting video assets and data to sync compositions.

I'm keeping it high level for now until I get a sense I'm identifying the right problem and solution.

## Proposal

Export data from the vis.gl ecosystem in a native format for popular motion design software.

List a few such formats and add references to documentation?

If (part of) that format is in textual form, perhaps show a snippet to illustrate?

Sketch out some "builder API" that covers the information needed by these formats?

Im building a video / geodata sync tool that could possibly tap into this / contribute to its build out. Im noticing many of these PRs are almost 5 years old. Have these ideas been shelved for any reason other than the time they will take to implement?

I still think there's a lot of potential for these kind of integrations. It'd be great to have integrations. I haven't pursued it due to the effort involved and lacking a strong use case to guide an implementation.
